Is Yeshua the Jewish Messiah?

As Messianic Jews, we believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Messiah who came and paid the price for our sins, and we live our lives following Him in a Jewish context until He returns. But how do we know for sure that He is the promised Messiah? How can we be Jewish and follow Yeshua at the same time?
